How To Upgrade Wordpress in easy way …

Wordpress ကို ဘယ္လို Upgrade လုပ္မလဲဆိုတာကို အကူအညီေတာင္းတဲ့ အတြက္ ဒီပို႔စ္ေလးကို တင္ျဖစ္တာပါ။ Wordpress ကို Upgrade လုပ္မယ္ဆိုရင္ အရင္က Wordpress Backup လုပ္ရပါမယ္။ Database backup လည္းလုပ္ရပါမယ္။ အဲဒီအခက္အခဲေတြ အားလံုးကို တစ္ခါတည္း အလြယ္တကူ ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ေအာင္ လုပ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ နည္းတစ္ခုရွိပါတယ္။

အဲဒါကေတာ့ Wordpress plugin တစ္ခုကို plugin directory ထဲမွာ ကူးထည့္ၿပီး Activate လုပ္ေပးလိုက္ပါ။ ၿပီးရင္ သူ႔ကို ကလစ္ႏွိပ္ၿပီး သူ႔ instruction အတိုင္းလုိက္လုပ္ရင္ အားလံုး အဆင္ေျပ ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ကေတာ့ အခုမွစသံုးမယ့္ သူေတြအတြက္ပါ ရည္ရြယ္ၿပီး Plugin ကို ဘယ္လိုသြင္းမလဲဆိုတဲ့ အပိုင္းက စၿပီး ေဆြးေႏြးခ်င္ပါတယ္။

This isnt a tweak, but a great little feature! For a great way to put your digital photos to work, try creating a slide show presentation for use as a screen saver. Here’s how:

1. Right-click an empty spot on your desktop and then click Properties.
2. Click the Screen Saver tab.
3. In the Screen saver list, click My Pictures Slideshow.
4. Click Settings to make any adjustments, such as how often the pictures should change, what size they should be, and whether you’ll use transition effects between pictures, and then click OK.

Now your screen saver is a random display of the pictures taken from your My Pictures folder.

General Keyboard Shortcuts (ကီးဘုတ္ Short Cuts ေတြစုေပးထားပါတယ္

1. CTRL+C (Copy)
2. CTRL+X (Cut)
3. CTRL+V (Paste)
4. CTRL+Z (Undo)
5. DELETE (Delete)
6. SHIFT+DELETE (Delete the selected item permanently without placing the item in the Recycle Bin)
7. CTRL while dragging an item (Copy the selected item)
8. CTRL+SHIFT while dragging an item (Create a shortcut to the selected item)
9. F2 key (Rename the selected item)
10. CTRL+RIGHT ARROW (Move the insertion point to the beginning of the next word)

How To Block Websites Without Software,

Steps:

1. Browse C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
2. Find the file named “HOSTS”
3. Open it in notepad
4. Under “127.0.0.1 localhost” Add 127.0.0.2 www.sitenameyouwantblocked.com , and that site will no longer be accessable.
5. Done!

-So-

• 127.0.0.1 localhost
• 127.0.0.2 www.blockedsite.com

–>www.blockedsite.com is now unaccessable<–

For every site after that you want to add, just add “1″ to the last number in the internal ip (127.0.0.2) and then add like before.

• IE: 127.0.0.3 www.blablabla.com
• 127.0.0.4 www.blablabla.com
• 127.0.0.5 www.blablabla.com, etc.

If you wanna make a autorun file for a CD you are ready to burn, just read this…

1. You need to open notepad
2. now you need to write: [autorun]
   OPEN=INSTALL\Setup_filename.EXE
   ICON=INSTALL\Setup_filename.EXE

Now save it but not as a .txt file but as a .inf file. autorun.inf

But remember! The “Setup_filename.EXE” MUST be replaced with the name of the setup file. And you also need to remember that it is not all of the setup files there are called ‘.exe but some are called ‘.msi

1. Now burn your CD with the autorun .inf file included.
2. Now set the CD in you CD drive and wait for the autorun to begin or if nothing happens just double-click on the CD drive in “This Computer”

DISABLE INDEXING SERVICES (Indexing Services မ်ားကို ပိတ္လိုက္ပါ)

Indexing Services ေတြဟာ Program အေနနဲ႔ ေသးငယ္ေပမယ့္ RAM ကို အမ်ားႀကီး အသံုးျပဳရပါတယ္။ တစ္ခါတစ္ရံမွာ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာက indexing services ေတြေၾကာင့္ တစ္ခ်ိန္လံုး ဆူညံေနတတ္ပါတယ္။ indexing services ေတြက ဘာေတြလုပ္ေပးသလဲဆိုေတာ့ system process indexs ေေတြ၊ files အားလံုးရဲ႕ ျပင္ဆင္တည္းျဖစ္တဲ့ အခါတိုင္းအတြက္ update lists ေတြကို ဖိုင္တစ္ခုနဲ႔ သိမ္းဆည္းေပးထားပါတယ္။ သင့္အေနနဲ႔ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာမွာ တစ္ခုခုကို ရွာေတာ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ index lists ေတြထဲကေန ရွာေပးတဲ့အတြက္ ရွာရတာ ပိုျမန္ေစပါတယ္။ သင့္အေနနဲ႔ သင့္ကြန္ပ်ဴတာမွာ ရွာေဖြေရး သိပ္မလုပ္ဖူး၊ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလမွ ရွာစရာလိုတယ္ဆိုရင္ ဒီစနစ္ကို မလိုအပ္ပါဘူး။ ဒီေတာ့ ေအာက္က Step အတိုင္း ပိတ္လိုက္ပါ။

1. Start ကိုသြားပါ
2. Control Panel ကိုေရြးပါ
3. Add/Remove Programs ကို ကလစ္ႏွစ္ခ်က္ေခါက္ပါ
4. Add/Remove Window Components ကို ကလစ္ေခါက္ပါ
5. Indexing services ကို uncheck (မေရြးေတာ့တာ) လုပ္ပါ
6. ၿပီးရင္ Next ႏွိပ္လိုက္ပါ ..

Wordpress and Theme

Wordpress ကို ေဆာက္တာေတာ့ဟုတ္ပါၿပီ ျမန္မာလိုလည္းရပါၿပီ … ဒီဇိုင္းက ေအာက္လိုက္တာ ေျပာင္းလို႔မရေတာ့ ဘူးလား။ Template ခ်ိန္းလို႔မရဘူးလား။ ရပါတယ္ Wordpree အတြက္ Template ေတြက အလကားရတာေတြလည္း အမ်ားႀကီးရွိသလို ပိုက္ဆံေပး၀ယ္ရတာ ေတြလည္း အမ်ားႀကီးရွိပါတယ္။ ဒီေတာ့ Template ကို ဘယ္လိုခ်ိန္းမလဲ။ Template ခ်ိန္းၾကည့္ရ ေအာင္ဗ်ာ။ ကိုယ္စက္ထဲမွာ WAMP လည္း သြင္းၿပီးၿပီ။ Wordpress လည္း ထည့္ၿပီးၿပီ (ဘယ္လိုထည့္ရလဲ သိခ်င္တယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ေရွ႕ကပို႔စ္ေတြမွာ ဖတ္ၾကည့္ပါ)။ ဒါဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Template ကိုခ်ိန္းလို႔ရပါၿပီ။ ဒီေတာ့ Wordpress အတြက္ Directory ကို ဘယ္လို တည္ေဆာက္ ထားသလဲ ဆိုတဲ့ အပိုင္းကို အရင္ ၾကည့္ပါမယ္။

Wordpress ကို ျမန္မာလို သံုးႏိုင္ဖို႔အတြက္

• user စက္ထဲမွာ ျမန္မာေဖာင့္ရွိဖို႔လိုပါတယ္
• CSS ကို ျပန္ျပင္ဖို႔လိုပါတယ္
• Heading ေတြကိုပါ ျမန္မာလိုသံုးခ်င္တယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Character Encoding ကို UTF-8 နဲ႔သံုးဖို႔လိုပါတယ္

တစ္ခ်ဳိ႕ဆိုက္ေတြမွာ ဥပမာ - planet လိုဆိုက္မ်ဳိးမွာဆိုရင္ IE အတြက္ font embedded လုပ္ထားတာေတြ႔ရပါမယ္။ အဲဒီလိုလုပ္ထားရင္ေတာ့ user စက္ထဲမွာ ie မရွိပဲ ျမန္မာေဖာင့္ကို ျမင္ႏိုင္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒီိလို embedded လုက္ထားတာဟာ တစ္ျခား firefox လို browser အတြက္ေတာ့ အဆင္မေျပပါဘူး။ ဆိုက္ကိုလည္း အနည္းငယ္ ေလးသြားေစပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုေဖာင့္ကို ဘယ္လို embedded လုပ္မလဲဆိုတာကို ကိုေစတန္ ေရးထားတဲ့ ဘေလာ့ေရးနည္းစာအုပ္မွာ ေတြ႔ႏိုင္ပါတယ္ …

ဘေလာ့ေရးေတာ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ ေျပးျမင္မိတာက Google က Blogspot ပဲ ျဖစ္ပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ Hosting နဲ႔ Blog ေရးခ်င္တယ္ ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ပထမဦးစားေပးအေနနဲ႔ စဥ္းစားရမယ့္ Script ကေတာ့ Wordpress ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ပိုက္ဆံေပးၿပီးမွ သံုးခ်င္တယ္ ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Expression Engine ဆိုတာ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေကာင္းပါတယ္။ က်န္တဲ့ ဘေလာ့ေရးလို႔ရတဲ့ Script ေတြရွိပါေသးတယ္။ Blog စုေရးလို႔ရတဲ့ Portal တစ္ခုေထာင္ခ်င္တယ္ ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Blog System 1.5 ဆိုတာရွိပါတယ္။ ပိုက္ဆံေပးရပါတယ္။

Worpress အေၾကာင္း စေျပာပါ့မယ္။ Wordpres ကို Hosting ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားက Support လုပ္တာ ေတြ႔ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။ One-Click Installation လုပ္ၿပီးေတာ့ကို သံုးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ျပႆနာ တစ္ခုရွိတာက သူတို႔ install လုပ္ေပးတဲ့အတိုင္းသံုးရင္ ျမန္မာစာသံုးတဲ့အခါမွာ ျပႆနာ တက္တတ္တဲ့ အတြက္ ကိုယ္တိုင္ install လုပ္ၿပီးသံုးတာ အေကာင္းဆံုးပါပဲ။ Hosting ရွိတဲ့သူေတြ အတြက္ ျပႆနာမရွိေပမယ့္ ကိုယ့္စက္ထဲမွာ WAMP ထည့္ၿပီး ကိုယ္ကိုတိုင္ စမ္းခ်င္သူေတြ အတြက္ အဓိကထားၿပီး ေဆြးေႏြးသြားပါ့မယ္။ ကိုယ္စက္ထဲမွာ ေကာင္းေကာင္း စမ္းလို႔ရပါ တယ္ခင္ဗ်ာ ..
